[Resolved]  Zoom Car — booked, paid but never got the car details

Hi team,
I hope you can help me get my money back.
On 30th june i booked a swift at for the duration from 5pm (28th july) to 11pm (29th july) and paid 2167 rupees.
I booked it in advance as it was my birthday on 28th july.
The booking was made in the name of akshay raut, who is my friend.
On 28th july around 12pm i get a call from zoom car that they don't have swift and she would give me eco sport.
I said i need to discuss with my friend call me in 5 mins she said ok and called back at 12:15 pm saying they don't have the eco sport as well.
She confirmed that we will get our zoomcar late by 6:30 from akurdi station
I asked her about the exact location she said it would be shared 4 hours prior the journey.
And no one called us after that
We kept calling the customer service whose number was busy all the time
No one answered us
Literally no one!
Even the app had no information.
We still thought we would go to the akurdi station and check for the zoomcar office
We literally roamed in akurdi for 2 hours searching for there office.
There was no one
My birthday was ruined.
We had to take a hotel and stay there
I kept calling the whole night to the zoomcar customer service no one answered.
Even the next day i didn't get any details.
I just want my money back.
It's hard earned money.

Greetings!

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused. Upon checking, we see that our team has already shared an update on the above complaint raised.

The amount has been initiated through IMPS. Please note, a link has been shared to your registered email ID. Kindly log into your Zoomcar account on the website and then click on the link. On the landing page, please add your bank credentials and submit. The refund amount shall be instantly transferred to your bank account or you can log in through the app. Navigate to your completed bookings page. Under the respective booking, you shall find the option "Get refund". Click on the same and add your bank credentials. Once done, within 24 hours, the amount shall reflect in your bank account.
