Zoom Car — didn't receive my refund even after 30 days!!!

I had made a booking on 4th december 2017 (Mahindra scorpio) at kochi.

For that, i paid a deposit of 5000 inr and was assured the refund will be back within 15 days.

Still after a month i haven't received my refund and on their website the date keeps changing as i login into my account. (Have attached the photos)

They gave me some random arn number just for record and told to inquire with the bank. Are we suppose to do these things even are paying the money?

I highly recommend not to use zoomcar as it is a fraud company which provides pathetic service.
