[Resolved] Zoom Car — Not received the refund even after 15 working days | |||||
I have made a net banking payment for Zoomcar booking on 20/08/2016. And booking was cancelled and the refund was initiated on the same day(by citrus). But It's been more than 18 days and amount is not credited to my account. I had called customer care and the response was there is a delay from the biller's end. Should I contact Zoomcar's Biller now?
