[Resolved]  Zoom Car — pedl cycle stolen unable to end my ride but money is getting continuously deducted

I started my pedl ride yesterday in front of mahesh school pune and on my way i parked it in front of a gym for around 2 minutes. When i came out my cycle was not there somebody stole my cycle. I quickly searched around the vicinity but was unable to find it. Now my problem is i can not even end my ride since i need to manually lock pedl cycle in front of mahesh school again. Meanwhile i am still getting charged for 1 day at rs 144 from my paytm account which is linked.

Please end the ride asap so that my money will not be deducted continuously.

I have sent 3 emails to your support center but couldn't get a reply yet. As per your suggestion, I have sent an email again at https://www.zoomcar.com/bangalore/contactus . Please help me to resolve this issue. Now bill has risen and currently stands at Rs 252 @ Rs 3 / 30 mins instead of Rs 9 but my ride has not ended. I hope someone will get in touch with me on this issue. Waiting for your reply.

During my last trip cycle lock did not open but trip started & Rs.3 debited from my paytm a/c. I had a worst expirienced ever. Please do the needful at your earliest.
