I booked a car(Mahindra KUV100 KA51AA2259) June 5 2019 in zoom car and once I reached the pick up location I got to know that the car wont be able to start as battery was drained.
This really spoiler my day and I started dialing zoomcar customer car number many times and once I select the option "press six for any other complaints related to your booking" the call was automatically rejecting.
Once I realized that I am not going to get any support from them, I asked some local people to help me to start the car by pushing it.
The car got started and once I moved, the dicky door opened automatically as it's lock is not working.
After my trip, I reached back at the same location and once I try to lock the car from my phone it showed some error and asked me to contact the customer care. The story is still other same .I am not able to connect with them .then I manually locked the doors and put the key inside.
I am not able to do understand what kind of customer care they are offering if they are providing such a pathetic condition cars to the customer.
I was lucky enough that I escaped from the trouble as I got the support from some kind people around me.
Now they are asking me to wait for the refund of security deposit almost one month.
How ridiculous this service is.
