[Resolved] Zoom Car — putting huge outstanding amount | |||
I would like to know exactly what is happening. I want to know exactly what is the reason of this outstanding amount which zoom car accused on me, without proper communication with me how could you made a huge amount outstanding. They are simlply accusing me that they lost their rc book so you have to pay 10000. If i made booking how could i stole someone's rc book. You guys don't have the sense to think and whenever i call customer care always telling me that this is company policy. I need to add one more point regarding same issue that i called customer care on 13/05/2019 very next day after completed my booking on 12/05/2019 to asked the reason of outstanding amount of 10000. Customer care told me that he would check and he updated for the same in the application that shows only 336 outstanding on the same day. Next week again i booked zoom car and i paid that outstanding amount of 336 and after two days again messages shows that you have 10000 outstanding, i need to know how it makes sense how again outstanding of 10000 come back without any kind of inquiry. We understand your concern here. We did have a check and see that the RC card was missing during your reservation. Hence, we have levied the charge. Also, we see that you have mentioned in the pickup checklist as the RC is present. The charge levied is valid. Unfortunately, we will not be able to reverse the charge. Regards, Ramya. S | |||
