After many followups, no response from Zoom till now for my cancelled booking in 26th April 2020 regarding the refund of Rs, 4240..(due to covid 19 - cancellation done by Zoom itself)
Noone answering the customer care also, they just keep us hold for long time and disconnect it without talking.
I am a long time customer with ZOOM (more than 6 years). Didnt expect such a respone..
I would like to withdraw the refund through IMPS. Can u please help me out???

Zoomcar failed to provide me car service on 18th May 2020 for above mentioned booking ID, Hence the zoomcar executive has raised a refund request stating that within 15 days my total booking amount along with the deposit will be refunded to my respective account. However it's almost 40-45 days I haven't received any refund from zoomcar nor any updates from zoomcar executive.
It's pathetic service I ever seen.
This was my first booking with zoomcar and it was the worst impression from zoomcar. Zoomcar would have checked for cars availability before taking my payment.

Also the CUSTOMER CARE number is chargeable and also it is getting connected to the executives. It mentions all the employees are working remotely, we have received your request, one of our executive will contact you shortly. But no one call us back. That's pathetic. ###...

JPS6NTJT2, JPS6NEKCQ, JPS6NDSBN are my booking id's. Zoomcar is the worst organisation where they want customers money to be saved and they are not at all interested in paying their refund amount. Truly not fit to keep this organisation where they can't refund their customers amount, worst customer care - no customer care at all speaking frankly. Learn the process and ethics and then stick on to your rules but waste of saying such kind of precious words to you people. I have reached customer care so many times and they say 24hrs to 48hrs they will credit the amount but 48hrs will never come back and from few days customer care number is not at all reachable.
I have booked car on Zoom Car Rentals on[protected]. The trip was due to incomplete verification of account. My booking id is JPS6N6QP0. It's been almost 2 months, still I didn't get the refund. Kindly resolve the issue...

On jan 13th 2022 i have applied for zoom car ...I have sent the fee as 586 ...We didnt know where the car is, the management didnt guide us to reach a car at correct location..We using google map to reach a car, but there is no correct service, we haven't car key and also no other persons to guide ..The registration has been cancelled, At that time, i have called for car's service center, they told, you can come to the near service center with proof...we didnt know where was the money gone still now...After 3 days i have called for customer care, After many calls, they said, the money will refunded within 10 to 14 days ...But they not refunded, Almost 3 months have gone...What happened to my money 586, only 39 rupees refunded has initiated, where is other refund amount of 547?...Money is not just a paper...Money is everything...We earned money from our own sweat...Not from any other sources..I want my money back ...Plss resolve the issue as soon as possible...Thanks

I had a booking ID JPSN7AYHH on the 13th of August 2022, however, when I reach the place to pick up the vehicle the owner of the vehicle informed vehicle is having an alignment issue hence I cannot take the vehicle.
Now zoom car is not refunding the amount I paid INR 6451/- and claiming I have not come and picked up the vehicle.
I informed as soon as I have not received the car via the zoom app still there is no support to refund the amount.
Their customer service is the worst I have experienced no one has any clue and just read out some standard answers and denies completely to return the money.
