[Resolved] Zoom Car — refund payment not received even after 2 months | |||
Date of incident:15/05/2019 Booking id: jps6bgi8q Pickup time:15/05/2019 04:16 am Dropoff time:15/05/2019 07:07 am I have not received the refund amount of 3499rs/- for the booking id mentioned above. Its been 2 months now and i have had to raise two tickets for the same, case:1292836 and case:1316715 Initially, zoomcar said that they credited the amount twice and asked me to repay the extra amount when i actually received nothing. When i raised ticket for the same explaining them about the wrong charges, they verified, corrected and then tell me that the amount has been credited as per their records and ask me to check with my bank. There is no amount credited as per my bank statement. This is clearly a blunder on zoomcar's part, and their responses have been poor and delayed. Was this information helpful? | |||
