[Resolved]  Zoom Car — unable to end the pedl trip even at the pedl station

Hi team,

I have done my trip around 10 minutes after that i parked the cycle in pedl station, but the trip is not getting ended. No response is coming from the app. Saying that request time out.

Tried parking in other pedl station. But still the same issue is persisting. Faced the same issue last week but after 20 to minutes the trip got ended.

This time the trip is not getting ended at all. So left the cycle in the pedl station only. Request you to look into it and do the needful.

My sincere request is please provide the support team number to report these kind of issues immediately. Since our money is getting debited with out using the cycle.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We would request you follow the below steps for us to check on the issue.
- Click on the hamburger menu in the app (three dots on the top left-hand side)
- Select “My Trips”
- Select “PEDL”
- Select the trip where issue needs to be reported
- Follow on-screen instructions

Thank you for the update.

I would like to inform you that I have already tried that options but didn't find any relavent option related to my issue.

Note that for this reported trip I have already been charged 102 RS. How can I pay this money without using cycle. This is the issue from your end. So please resolve the issue immediately since I am not using pedl cycles now.would like to inform you that I have taken a monthly pass for pedl cycle. But now I am unable to use it because of this issue.

I have already been sent a mail to [protected]@zoomcar.com about this issue but there is no luck.

After receiving your update on my issue I got a trust on your services. Hope the issue will resolve immediately.

If you required any further details like my phone number, mail I'd... Please let me know. So that I can send all these details over the mail.
