[Resolved] Zoom Pedl — unable to end trip. cycle no. 3216039 | |||
I had made a booking in the name of meena agarwal on 20th october'2018. The trip started at 6.53 in the morning and i had ended the trip around 8.30 right in front of my home. I had ended the trip and an amount of ₹36 has been deducted from my paytm. This wasn't for the first time, but i have been ending the pedl trip for many a times right in the same location. Unfortunately, even after ending the trip and the amount deduction someone has attempted to steal the bicycle and damaged it. The zoom car officials had come and they searched for the cycle which was found near my home itself. Everything was done from my end. But the outstanding shows ₹972. I'd like a refund for this as soon as possible and would be highly grateful if you can help me. Was this information helpful? | |||
