A total refund for my last booking date on 30 may 2024, thursday. First i have booked a creta booking id. Jpsnjqi33, which was not available on the current day due to which i got inconvenienced because i have to rebook and change my pick up location unnecessary i had to pay extra to uber driver due to lack of service from zoom car. Later the second booking was i20 which was also not there at the location once called to the owner. Then i booked third car punch mh02gb1276 which was at andheri west location. I went to my location to pick up car but car was not getting unlock in spite of calling customer care, help desk message, calling host no one help me on the issue. When i saw in app my car was unlocked and time was started, but where as it was not unlock till 2pm i was trying to call customer care, host but no one responded. This car was not unlock so unfortunately i have to use lock the car option and move back home. Due to long hours in the sun have caused my sun stroke and my friend to.
This is horrified experience, was standing in sun from 10:30 am to 2 pm for unlocking process but no one help me in it. You have done fraud with me.
