Zoomcar — Booking issue

Hi,
I have been a customer of zoomcar for years and this is the first time I'm so disappointed with it. I'm landing in Bangalore tomorrow evening and made a booking on the site as I am not able to login on the app. While I put my number for otp... It goes round and round for hours. I made the booking on the website and I did neither get a sms nor an email with the booking confirmation while my amount has been debited and the website shows my trips. The ID is JPSNIA0G8. Since I am unable to log into the app, and all your emails and phones don't work. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT SHOULD I DO???
I appreciate it if you can look into this and help me out.
