As i have done the booking from your esteemed organisation (Booking Id : JPS690GRE) i have multiple complains with your team .
1. My booking time was 31st at 6am from my pickup location shalimar station Kolkata but your customer care executive requested me to reach at zoom car pickup point and pickup the car for that cab fare will be reimbursed. Then i have reached and picked up the car at 9 am there was delay of 3hr for that you guys told that it will be refunded .
2. On 2nd Jan, 2pm i went to the south city mall kolkata and i parked the vehicle in the parking lot.
After sometime car was not starting then i called zoom car executive (Mr. Pintu) spoke with him he asked me to contact with any local mechanic and get the car repair and keep the bill, it will be reimbursed . The mechanic try to start the vehicle but not it was starting so somehow took the car to the mechanic shop and get it fixed. Every single time I was connecting with your zoom car team members and keep informed everything.
3. When I called to the customer they noted down everything and they promised me that i m getting call from team immediately but still I’m waiting
