Zoomcar — Extra charges for the wrong reason

I had booked a car on Zoomcar on 18th February 2024. After I collected the car, the battery went dead and I contacted the owner. He took 2 hours of my booking time and told me that I could drive the car 2 hours past my driving tenure. But as soon as I completed the trip, I was charged an extra amount of 1558 in addition to my original billing amount. I had raised a complain with the team but the problem did not get resolved yet and it has been a year now. I cannot proceed with the car booking without the extra amount being charged. Kind resolve the issue at the earliest.
