Zoomcar — Host not being able to provide the car on time.

I had booked a Tata Tiago 2025 model from Pawan Kumar from Zoomcar for 12th August, 2025, time - 7am as I had a to leave for a meeting at my office at 7:15am. I had messaged the host on the day of booking, i.e; 11th August, 2025 at 10:22pm that I have a meeting and will reach his residence a little earlier than 7am to pick up the car. I started from my residence at 6:20am and reached the host's house at 6:47am. I called him around 10-13 times but neither was he lifting the phone, nor did he see the message from the previous day against which I have my evidences. I even talked to the owners of the building and checked his residence and found that he was not at home. Even the car that I had booked was not present at the pickup location. I asked the neighbors regarding him and called customer care service which was also not available at that moment. After a lot of calls, I departed from the pickup location, i.e; his residence at 7am sharp as I had been calling him since 06:47am and a few minutes later, I got his phone call at 07:02am saying that he did not see my phone calls and my message in Zoomcar app. Then he told me to take the car in an hour to which I said that I have booked the car for a meeting, which shows his negligence towards his customer as I had mentioned the same the previous day in the messaging forum of the host in the zoomcar app. He said me to call him after reaching a Vasundhara college which was near his home as he had said that I can collect the car from there in 10 mins. Upon reaching the location, I waited there for 15 mins and called him for 9 times in the meanwhile as i was getting late for office. When he still didn't pick up my calls, I left for my residence. After another 10 mins, at 07:25am, he calls me and says that the car is at the pickup location and I can come pick it up. What is the point of booking the car at 7am when the host cannot provide the vehicle at the designated time? What kind of customer service is the company providing if the host requires the car to be picked up by the customer at a random location instead of delivering it at the pickup location? I had decided to book a Zoomcar as I had got it's referral from a friend of mine and was surely going to recommend it to others upon a positive experience, but frankly speaking, this is the worst rental services any company can provide. The host has wasted my time, mentally harassed me and completely neglected his customer. This kind of service quality is not expected from such a company. My day has got off to the worst start due to the negligence and carelessness of the host. Why should he take the booking of the car if he cannot provide it on time, rather provide it at 30 mins later? I suggest the company to look into this matter and provide me a full refund of this booking as soon as possible, or I will take the matter to the consumer forum along with the supporting evidences under harassment of the customer.
