Zoomcar — I have not received my June months weekly payout

I have yet not received my June months weekly payout for the period from 13th June to 19th. My ticket number is 1120482.
I have been following with these people since then but no one is borther to reply or solve the issue.
Also they don't have any proper escalation matrix nor they have any other email id to solve our issues.
I am really unable to understand how should we solve our problems and how is company running.
