Hi team zoom,
This is about my last booking for Alto K10 for booking ID JPS69F8X8.
I would like to inform you that this was the worst experience I have ever had with any self driven car. The car location was 10-12 km away from my place and I went there before one hour of my booking timming. But we were not even able to locate the car for next 2-3 hours. We roamed around entire locality foe kilometres but the car was not even there.. The honking option in the app was also greyed out. We even took help from the police officer over there and as per them too the location was incorrect. Hence I was even not able to locate the car which made the the entire night hell. Also my friend who was joining the trip could not board her flight due to this mess.
Now comming to you services and they are even worse. I was tried to call you guys 20-30 times and was on hold for hours but no one even care to pickup the call. You don't even have any idea what is feels like standing in the deserted road in the middle of the with a girl.
So now I want all my money back and a reimbursement for the time and money wasted due to your poor services and your Negligence.
