Zoomcar — Need to cancel account and remove the device

Hi team,

Ive been informing zoom host team to cancel my account and collect the device since I've sold my car in the month of October.

New owner dont want to continue the zoom host program and wanted to remove the device.

As technician mentioned earlier that he will be coming to collect the device i asked second owner to leave the car at my place.

Because of the device owner is not transferring the ownership for registration.

If the ownership is transferred then i can buy a another car through zoom.

I request zoom team to come and collect the device, let us know by when your team will come and collect so that I can inform the owner.
