My car has sustained multiple damages during Zoomcar bookings, and despite following their prescribed process, my issue remains completely ignored. I was assured that I could take my car to a listed garage, get an estimate, and Zoomcar would approve it for repairs. I did exactly that—I visited the garage, got my car inspected, had a detailed estimate prepared, and submitted it to Zoomcar for approval. It has now been six days, and Zoomcar has shown complete negligence by not providing any approval. I have made countless calls, sent numerous emails, and raised multiple support tickets, yet not a single step has been taken to resolve my issue. Their customer support is a joke, making me wait endlessly on calls only to provide the same robotic response that my issue will be resolved "by the end of the day" or "by tomorrow morning, " none of which has ever happened. It is clear that they have no intention of addressing the problem, and their unprofessionalism is causing me financial loss and immense inconvenience, as my car worth lakhs of rupees is now sitting idle at their listed garage. I am done being patient and will not tolerate this delay any further. If Zoomcar does not approve the repairs immediately and compensate me for this unacceptable delay, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this matter legally and take necessary action against their negligence and failure to provide service.
