Zoomcar (Pedl) — cannot end trip from last 15 min

I used the cycle for less than 3min and ended the trip. From last 15 min i get unable to contact server.

Now i m back home please stop charging and improve the quality of the software. This is a rip of money.

Previous too i raised a complaint on pedl where it didn’t unlock the cycle so had to end trip and was charged

This is second time in last one month i ended up paying extra. Please help and resolve asap.

Please do not expect customers to stand next to the cycle for 15 min to end trip. Mostly the cycle is used to beat traffic and avoid using motor vehicle in order to reduce traffic, pollution and be fit. But if the software is annoying people start falling to native method of transportation and overall looks like a bad initiative done by pedl
