I used the cycle for less than 3min and ended the trip. From last 15 min i get unable to contact server.

Now i m back home please stop charging and improve the quality of the software. This is a rip of money.

Previous too i raised a complaint on pedl where it didn’t unlock the cycle so had to end trip and was charged

This is second time in last one month i ended...

I'm complaining about pedl that i was unlocked the cycle with the help of paytm but it wasn't unlocked that time but deduction of money was started. I was ended d tripthat time but still it's going.. Now 36 hrs done but still it's showing that my money is deducting and it's going on continuously.. Please help me in this matter. Screenshot is attached for your reference.
Now i want my money and please refund back me my money of rs.260/-br...

I tried to unlock the cycle at sai ambience pimle saudagar pune pedl station. It couldn't unlock but meter started. Then i tried to end the trip but i am unable to end the trip since last 5 hour. The meter is running without using the cycle. I got the message the cycle is unlocked but it wasn't. It was locked only. Then i tried to end the trip. But i am unable to end the trip since last 5 hours. Rs.10 is rent it is showing on my mobile screen...
