Zoomcar — Refundd not reimbursed

Had Rented a car from Mumbai to Pune on November 23, 2024 from ZoomCar. The car was delivered in a very faulty condition & had multiple punctures. It broke down after a couple of kms & had to incur a charge of Rs 2900/- to get it repaired. The customer care committed a refund within 24 to 48Hrs but this wasn't fulfilled. Moreover the customer support team has not replied to any of the emails which were dropped regarding the issue & there is not customer support contact number either. Also the Fastag was blacklisted due to which I had to pay double of all the toll charges which costed me an additional Rs 1280/-
