Zoomcar — Repair of vehicle TS10FD8909

Please let me know my vechile status, as I have given my vechile on 29th of September 2023 at "QUICK CARE AUTOMOTIVE " jeedimetla and the same was confirmed by GAADIFIX and Zoomcar also.

Now when I visit the garage every day, the vechile is still untouched left idle in a ground outside the garage since 20 days. Whenever I ask the garage person, he says the approval from GAADIFIX BOSS not received. But when I check with GAADIFIX they say on 4th of October only wattups was sent of the approval.

But the garage person was not knowing wattups, he is insisting for a phone call from GAADIFIX approval authority to start the work on my car.

Today I called GAADIFIX customer care for 52 times but he answered for 3 times and then kept on hold and disconnected.

Now the garage person say you take back the vechile, I will let you know when the approval comes then you can get it he informed.

Now for 20 days it was lieying on open ground outside the garage. Don't know what are the damaged happened on keep my car out.

I want a solution for this. Please guide and help in getting my car repaired.

I am writing this email with lot of pain.

This is very very pathetic service by zoom and gaadfix.
