On Friday[protected] i have given my car as per booking information recieved from zoom car. This was my first booking as a zoomcar host, Car was booked from 3.00 PM to 11.00 PM. Initially he was saying he can sharply deliver by 11.00 PM. I trusted zoomcar, that they will never allow fake guest/thief. Guest told he can't deliver car by 11.00 PM, then he said he will deliver at 1.00 AM, later to 5.00 AM Saturday[protected]. Suddenly the booking was cancelled by zoom car around 1.00 PM, where my car is with Guest they assigned. I am mad on nights as i not get any support from zoomcar. I am trying contiinuosly to call zoom car customer care from 11.00 PM to next day morning 7.00 AM and no phone supoort was there in Zoom car and recorded voice states Support will be provided by only via emails.
