I booked a car from Zoomcar on last Saturday I.e. 20th March 2023, my car an third party owner car get touched and we both got a dent on the car with few cracks. I had an insurance from Zoomcar and the host car damage covered in it. But the third party is also asking for damage reimbursement and I wanted to claim third party insurance claim via car insurance that I was driving. I reported the issue to Zoomcar portal but it’s been two days and I’m not getting any reply from Zoomcar. The third party car is in warranty and he has to repair his car from showroom only to make sure he’ll be holding his car warranty. Car showroom damage repair estimate is around 63k and I can not bare this much amount, hence I wanted to claim this insurance but not getting any reply from Zoomcar
