Zoomcar — Unable to login with registered mobile number

I have a trip in zoom car today (7/10/23) from 6 PM till Tomorrow 8 PM. I was unable to login to my account in Zoomcar App since the booking. Ive tried every possible ways to register this issue but nothing is helping. My profile is all verified and Ive paid the full trip amount in advance. Please help me resolve this issue by providing a proper solution (refund would be better).
