I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Car Rental
The issue that I have experienced was: Zoom car are cheating people, they don't refund the money if you cancel any trip, on booking confirmation if a car they gave me a long distance pickup almost 30 kms aways from my home n the nearest zoom pick up is 4 kms away, so I had to cancel the booking and book another car, they haven't refunded my 8000 it's almost 45 days, and if we call the customer care you cannot get thru to talk with any customer care executive, if only you hv a booking you can talk with the customer care, and they reply very bluntly that they hv a 30 days refund policy you have to wait, it's been more than 45 days now but there is no refund..

Refund my money immediately
