I had booked a new model wagon r from goa Airport for two days from 7th July to 9th july. The pick up time was 6.30am. But we had to wait for 1.30 hrs for the team to deliver the vehicle. Bad to say the vehicle was an old model. And it was arranged from a local dealer by the support team zoomcar goa. And the vehicle had no relation with the app, it was kind of a taxi. In between the trip wagon r got automatically changed swift desire in the app!
We had to end up our trip little early, and we were running too late to the airport. Searched everywhere in the app for the "trip end" option but it was useless. When I called the dealer he said we have to wait there till someone comes to pick up the vehicle, we had no other option kept the key inside and locked the vehicle and left. But guided the pick up guy to the parked location correctly.
When we took the car it had 3blocks (70km) of petrol range. When I dropped the vehicle there was 5blocks (190km) range and I have all photo proofs for that. But there was no refund given for extra fuel and early drop. And no compensation for late delivery. This is not the first time I booked from zoomcar. It was very bad experience with zoomcar Goa.
