I am writing this complaint against Zoomcar India regarding a damage repair refund that has been pending for more than 3 months, despite numerous follow-ups.

Issue: Damage refund not processed even after submitting all required documents
Zoomcar’s Promise: The Zoomcar damage review page itself mentions the process takes 10 days. It has now been over 90 days.
I have made more than 100 follow-ups via emails, customer care calls, and chat support within the app. Every time, I receive the same copy-paste responses with no real action or update on the refund.
Major Concerns:
No proper communication from Zoomcar support
No timeline given for resolution
Misleading refund processing timeline (10 days mentioned, but it's been 3 months)
Financial and mental stress caused by the constant chasing
What I Expect:
Immediate refund of the pending amount
A formal apology and assurance this won’t happen to other customers
Transparent explanation for the delay
This is not the kind of customer experience anyone expects from a reputed company. I’m sharing this publicly so others are aware of the risk of delayed refunds and poor support after booking with Zoomcar.
