[Resolved]  Zoomin India — Amount of refund initiated after booking cancellation

I booked a car from zoomcar but due to change of plan cancelled the booking. The booking was cancelled more than 24 hours before the start of booking. According to zoomcar policy I am eligible for 100% refund. But they issued a refund of only about 50%.
