I ordered photos from ZOOMin and the shipment could not be delivered due to OTP issues and the latest remark from yesterday says OFD lock applied.
The delivery came through a week earlier than i selected the dates for which i did because i wasnt at home. Neither have i gotten a single call just extremely late messages. Hopefully zoomin resolves this...

Only notifications r being sent .Pls do not use this app.They dont have contact no. to link with .No use of sending emails Due to their casual attitude, my surprise got spoiled. Didn't receive the order....

My order is to be delivered on 2nd june and it is not yet delivered . The agent is not calling and putting the status as wrong adress . I have updated my no. And adresss and the agent has never called me . The name of the the agent that is showing is kishan .
Now the status is showing as ofd lock applied. I want my product to be delivered as soon as possible ....

When I ordered a photo book at zoomin after successful payment. Then after 1 month returned to Mumbai on its own without notice. And Say reorder again with payment...

I have placed my order on 10/04/2021 by zoomin aap and payment has been done of rs 180.82 through paytm upi, amount has been deducted from my account but the order was not placed and showing the transaction is pending. This is very unprofessional behaviour. Look after this matter as soon as possible. deliver my products.

I could see an option "Claim Refund" (Booking id "JPS6N4IOG" -Rs16429) and when I clicked on the link followed by filling up the bank account details which has returned an error message "Cashgram has expired"....

I had ordered a 4x6 magnet. The photo is not mine and it's someone else. Whom do i contact to replace it....

I have order led in Feb, I PAID extra for early delivery but I still have not received it.. in tracking it keeps throwing error like "Web page cannot be displayed"
No one called me for delivery, but I did get call from service if I had ordered for return., which I did not do so... why isn't it delivered on time and now I can access the page and it say returned and in Hyderabad. What is this nonsense.
