Hi Team,

On 8th October 21, I booked a car from Zoomcar (Booking ID: JPS69HUN5)and paid a sum of 14860/- for 10 days.On the same day I logged a complaint to Zoomcar that the car which is given to me has multiple issues. Issue are:
1. Multiple punctures in the car (Count is 15. Even stepney of the car had multiple punctures)
2. The entire AC tank had multiple leakages. On showing the car to Mechanic he has mentioned that the AC tank has been completely broken.
3. Zoomcar tells that there are 32 sanitization points which are done before handing over the car. Please find the images of the car. I had to get the car cleaned myself as there were used plates and spoons kept in the car.

I have informed Zoomcar multiple times regarding all these issues and kept saying that they will refund my money after checking the car. Nobody turned up to take the car after multiple calls and eventually their executives came to collect the car. After seeing the car they themselves mentioned that this car should not be on road. Zoomcar just refunded me 2000/- which doesn't even make sense.
My families life was in danger as I was travelling with my parents who are senior citizens. I had to drive that car in Bangalore rains with punctures and with AC not working. Zoomcar people have called my mechanic and my mechanic also mentioned the numerous problems the car had. Even after that they didn't refund my money.
Now Zoomcar has stopped replying to my emails and calls. This is not fair on any customer. I paid huge amount of money for this car which I didnt even drive and paid extra money to get the car fixed. I have knocked all possible doors but I am not getting any resolution for this.

I sincerely request authorities to take action on this company as our lives are in danger. I still believe I will get justice but would need your support.

    Ordered 2 sets of photo prints from zoom, order id- ZO-D7AB2F4AAA.The order was placed on October 1 and paid INR 198 as their premium shipping charges which promised to deliver the prints in 3-6 days. The delivery time mentioned was Oct 05, 2021 - Oct 08, 2021 but still have not received the prints. I will be going out of India on ctober 10, 2021 and would not require the prints after that. Either they deliver the print by tomorrow or kindly refund he amount.
    There is no mention on their website that prints are getting delayed due t covid situation.

      When in meeting if Microphone access is on then I cannot hear anything what is going on in meeting and when Microphone access is off then i cannot speak duirng the meeting as i am not audible in meeting

        I ordered photos from ZOOMin and the shipment could not be delivered due to OTP issues and the latest remark from yesterday says OFD lock applied.
        The delivery came through a week earlier than i selected the dates for which i did because i wasnt at home. Neither have i gotten a single call just extremely late messages. Hopefully zoomin resolves this

          Only notifications r being sent .Pls do not use this app.They dont have contact no. to link with .No use of sending emails Due to their casual attitude, my surprise got spoiled. Didn't receive the order.

            Delivery place is Hyderabad and it shows item in transit Hyderabad-hub since 4 days.

              Ordered a product from Zoomin app. Was supposed to get delivered today but delivery guy didn't deliver me the product bcoz I was supposed to provide him some OTP which I never received on my no.

                        My order is to be delivered on 2nd june and it is not yet delivered . The agent is not calling and putting the status as wrong adress . I have updated my no. And adresss and the agent has never called me . The name of the the agent that is showing is kishan .
                        Now the status is showing as ofd lock applied. I want my product to be delivered as soon as possible .

                          For my last order I had applied Promocode AMAZ1647 but did not get the amount in in Amazon pay after finishing the transaction. Not able to login your helpdesk portal also. Kindly resolve the incident at earliest.

                          Now As I am not able login into you heldesk

                          I have rightly applied the code, but due to system issue something wrong happened. So you need to the resolve issue. I request you to apply the code and do the needful from your end. If you cant then please cancel the order and stop wasting our time.

                          I have been ordering from Zoomin since long and never faced this kind of poor service.

                          Kindly resolve the incident at earliest and if you cant cancel the order and revert my money back.

                          They are not doing anything just keep repeating the same thing nothing can be done.

                          If the promo is not applied they either should cancel the order or apply from their end.

                                The product is returned automatically without any call or notification.
                                And the product is recived at their return office on 10th of april, but till yet no inniative of refund.

                                This is really pathetic services given by ZoomIn. I thought I will order more for my all clients but I belive i should not believe on them now.

                                It has been near a month of order placed, no delivery no refund even.

                                Even they don't have any support team.

                                Have ordered 2 customized books[protected] got express delivery done... delivery date was 8th
                                . Its already 15th and have not received the books yet. FedEx courier says that they are getting closed.
                                I am returning from India this weekend
                                I am not able to cancel the order nor even the site has any contact number to call.

                                Kindly help asap, have been chasing the courier guys for long time with no gain.

                                Or let me know where to escalate.

This is very unprofessional behaviour. Look after this matter as soon as possible. deliver my products.

                                    I could see an option "Claim Refund" (Booking id "JPS6N4IOG" -Rs16429) and when I clicked on the link followed by filling up the bank account details which has returned an error message "Cashgram has expired".
