I don't understand why we need to write a larger complaint? And why will shorter complaints be ignored? It would be better if you remove such type of warnings.

Hello i had placed an ordered of photo-book and i did an online payment also and the amount has been deducted from my account but it sown ordered has been error please try again later, whats wrong with my order ?
