This is regarding booking ID JPSN7CX20. I have booked the 7-seater Ertiga car for 3rd April 2022 and I have paid the full amount of booking fees. This car was located 3-4 km range from my home.
After some days I got the message and call from customer care that, the booked car is not available so we will provide you the Scorpio which is also 3-4 km from my home which is fine.
But on 2nd April (one day before the journey) evening time, I got multiple messages regarding the car not being available. Finally, after complaining to customer care, I got a call from one of the executives for the car. He told me that there is only 1 seven-seater car available in the town. Which is almost 22-25 km from my home. I had argued with him but as our family is ready for the trip I can not cancel the trip as they informed me last moment. So I agree to pick up the car but the executive promised me that I will get a 500 Rs refund. as the location is far away from my home.
When I get the exact location of the car then I was surprised that, the location is not as mentioned. It was far away from the mentioned location. as we got the message 3 hours before the booking so we don't have a choice.
After completing the booking I contacted the guy who called me and promised me a refund. He told me I have to wait for 1-2 days. I have waited many days but have not gotten a refund. I have contacted them on Twitter by sending personal messages as well as tweets. But they refused to give me a refund and told me that, they can not give me a refund. Was this information helpful? |
