I recently ordered a portrait calendar using the zoomin app. But the delivered package is not the same as the one I created in the app. I had placed all the pictures in the middle of the frame, but most of the pictures are printed to the left of the frame. I am really disappointed as some images are even resized to a smaller size but I had sized them right to the frame.
We invest in small firms to help and support you guys grow. Delivering the package, not to the satisfaction of the customer will only make you lose your business.
So please help me with this and let me know what can be done. I would like to have a refund otherwise please deliver the properly printed calendar to me.
Zoomin App doesn't work for filing a request, I am neither able to see submitted request nor able to track it. I have received a confirmation mail, but no response since then.
