The product is returned automatically without any call or notification.
And the product is recived at their return office on 10th of april, but till yet no inniative of refund.
This is really pathetic services given by ZoomIn. I thought I will order more for my all clients but I belive i should not believe on them now.
It has been near a month of order placed, no delivery no refund even.

. Its already 15th and have not received the books yet. FedEx courier says that they are getting closed.
I am returning from India this weekend
I am not able to cancel the order nor even the site has any contact number to call.
Kindly help asap, have been chasing the courier guys for long time with no gain.
Or let me know where to escalate.
