Zoomin India — Zoomcar - No refund no updates/response from customer service

I am unable to talk to anyone from Zoomcar about my refund. Their customer care has automated menu options but I cannot talk to any support as I don't have any bookings.

I have written numerous emails but without any response is literally been harassed by Zoomcar executives with no hope of assistance.
