Zoook — I want my money back. | |||||
I bought a zoook speaker model number zb-rocker 2. On 13 jan 2017. For than i had replaced the speaker for 3 times. 1time it had problem of bass. 2 time it had problem of charging.3 time again it had problem for the bass. The service center is 25 km away from home. I had travel for about 15 times in 3 month for the replacement. I am highly disappointed by the service and quality. So i need my money back. Otherwise i have to take some legal action.
