        I have buy a zoook jazz claws 2 twice month ago from starting only it has audio delay specially in gaming so I have apply for replacement and when I got replacement new model also have same problem so I want my refund for this product and it is also proven by reviews of people on Amazon and other online website this is a proof plese help me because their supporting team is also not solving my problem so pelse help me

          I bought this product from amazon on 21st may 2019. Its only approx. 5 months and its carging jack is not working properly and also it sometimes switch offs suddenly even while having full battery percentage. If it switchoffs suddenly once then it can only be possible to switch it on if someone connects it to the charger. Sometimes it stops to work properly and the sound produced by it breaks. Plzz find a solution for it as it is under warranty

            My wired headphone are not working properly the problem in wired through the 3.5mm jack so please so something i even my phone misbehave for example volume increasing and call disconnected and hold and music song change automatically and song forward to next song, these all problem i have face and i can't able to wear because its having real trouble with that earphone and whole wire of earphone is okay no damage but not working please repair my headphone

              I bought zoook noise isolating earphones model (E5m-b) wired headphones on 22nd august, 2018. From that day, i have replaced it 2 times because of manufacturing defects.
              At first time, bass was not proper on each side of earphones and next time, one earphone stopped working after on day of replacement.
              Now, at this time, i am highly dissatisfied from the manufacturing quality of this product.
              I just want my money to be refund or replaced my earphones with a good one.

                I bought a zoook speaker model number zb-rocker 2. On 13 jan 2017. For than i had replaced the speaker for 3 times. 1time it had problem of bass. 2 time it had problem of charging.3 time again it had problem for the bass. The service center is 25 km away from home. I had travel for about 15 times in 3 month for the replacement. I am highly disappointed by the service and quality. So i need my money back. Otherwise i have to take some legal action.

                  Mene zb-jazz speaker replacement ke liye courier kiya tha to kavi export walone muje kisi ki use hui old product send ki muje lagta hai hai ki kavi export & import logo ko lootne ka kam karte hai aur zoook company se orignal product khud rakh lete hai

                  I think kavi export team don't know difference between warranty and guarantee

                    I bought zoook twinpods from amazon.in on 11th may 2017 for 4800rs within 3 months right earbud disconnects continuously and not connecting properly. Earbuds also not charging properly. Product has 6 months warranty. I complained about it on zoook website by sending them mail but still not got their reply. They also not have any customer care number.
                    I want replacement or refund from zoook company.

                      I purchased ZM-EM21 sports earphone from Amazon.in .
                      I used this earphone for 20 days and suddenly problem occurs
                      Problem : Left side earphone is not working, cable is not physically damaged . I use this with my Android Smartphone 3mm jack .
                      I need immediate replacement as its within warranty of 1 year mentioned on it .

                      Mumbai and Delhi but number doesn't exist and nothing happened .
                      Please Help

                        My ZB-BNB200 neckband cracked. I called up customer care and mailed them the picture of the broken part. Initially they responded but now there is no response. I have also sent them a mail attached with a picture of the broken neckband the person said he would revert back in 10 minutes but there is no response. I called them around 10 times. And the customer care helpline number is all time busy. If this issue is not resolved my next move will be to approach consumer court. Because they are selling cheap quality products. THE CUSTOMER CARE HELPLINE NUMBER IS ALWAYS BUSY NOW.
                        I have bought Zoook rocker m3 on 20 september 2018 online by paytm which was delivered on 26 September.
                        I have charged this product for almost 7hrs but it's not fully charged as it still shows the red light when put on charging why it's taking so long to get charged.
                        I request to give me feedback rates to this issue aasoon as possible

                          I had purchased zoook earphone on 17th august from amazon and now after using for only a week it started giving small shocks in its left earphone.when complaint about they told me your returning date has expired on 29th august, so go and contact service centre.But i didn't find any service center in patna or any nearby city.help me in replacing it.
