Zopnow Retail — Complaint: Non Receipt of Grocery Items and Non-Refund of Amount | |
Dear Team Zopnow, I am an officer of the Indian Army. On 29 April 2021, I placed an order of groceries online on Zopnow. As advance payment for the order, an amount of Rs.1327.15 was paid to you by UPI (Reference - UPI/[protected]/53080/cfmer.1158811zo/ICICI Bank dated 29/04/2021). The proof of payment are as attached in the pictures below. Till date, I have neither received the groceries nor has the amount been refunded to me i.e. to my ICICI Bank Account. I have made several efforts to contact your office. You are not contactable on your given numbers i.e. [protected]. I request you to please refund me the amount of Rs.1327.15 on or before 12 June 2021, lest I shall initiate necessary action. Was this information helpful? | |
