Zopnow Retail — Payment Issue | |||||
Order id is 11381686 with payment 573.39. Transaction id: [protected]. I ordered through credit card, the amount was deducted on 17th august 2016. The next day zop now delivery guys demanded money. After lot of discussions and argument i sent them back saying it is already paid for yesterday's delivery. I kept on receiving payment reminder mails every day. Finally they blocked my account and was not able to order any extra items. I kept on calling their customer care, each time some one picksup and assured it will be resolved. Today is 24th august and still not resolved. My money has been deducted, i am not able to order any further items as in the website it says "first pay the pending payment". What kind of worst website is this? It blocks me from further ordering. I have never seen such a pathetic kind of website design where it blocks customer from further ordering? I have also sent credit card statement and transaction id which clearly states that money has been deducted.. You guys need to learn from amazon about the customer experience, if zopnow continues like this then i am not sure how soon its gonna vanish from the market.
