Zopnow Retail — Payment successful but order is not placed | |
I'm a new user in zopnow. But I feel regret now why I shop in it. I login through my email id and select the product and check out it. Once I enter the address it took me to the payment page and asked to me to pay through upi. I entered my husband phonepe no. It ask me to pay by scanning the qr code, I payed by scanning the qr code through my husband no and the transaction is also successful. But when I saw the order status it shows pending.so I try to raise the ticket but I couldn't.. I tried to contact customer care but I've asked me to enter access code. Now the biggest problem is I want to know the order no so when I check by clicking order history it ask me to login.. I enter my credentials it shows user cannot found... I didn't expect this... I'm enclosing the screen shot of the payment transaction... Kindly check and proceeds my order otherwise refund my amount Asap...
