Zopnow Retail — Refund money

I had placed an order on zopnow via their app. company is giving promo offers to make purchased through them. but after placing order, same got fraudulently cancelled at the date of delivery by them & they are not even refunding the money for no reason. I am following up from very long with them over phone, mail & social media for refunding my money.
