Zopper.com — Fraud things

Hi sir
My registered mobile number is [protected].I have raised a complaint for my refrigerator.But still the work is not done stating that amount is not available in my zopper account.The PCB of the machine is not working and hence has to be replaced.From 3 years 2 times the PCB has been changed and I have been charged for that and again these is the 3rd time the PCB is not working.As per discussion on call you are stating that every time brand authorised technician is coming for repair but as per my knowledge every time local technician is coming and uploading the fake Details and you are approving the same .

I have called the customer care of whirlpool.They have told that they have not received any complaint from your side.They are having 3 complaints which are as follows
1)30th Nov 2020 :-MUM[protected] (Covered under warranty)
2) 28th March 2022 :- MUM[protected](Compressor replacement)
(Covered under warranty for 10years)
3) 17th Feb :2023: (MUM[protected])- Technician not visited.

As per whirlpool customer service team
They provide service request number for each and every complaint registered by customer or third party on behalf of customer.So I kindly request you to provide me the service request number of the whirlpool complaint number that you have raised before .

I want a through investigation into these or else will lodge a complaint in consumer forum.
