Washing Machine Extended Warranty not being honoured
I had purchased a Samsung Washing Machine (hereinafter referred as "Brand") from Kohinoor Televideo Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred as "Vendor") on 11 February 2019.
At the time of purchase, I had also purchased a 2 year extended warranty from the Vendor which was supposed to be covered by Zopper.
My Washing Machine stopped working 21 June 2023 following which I had called Samsung (the Brand) who informed me that their warranty was for 3 years (i.e. 10 February 2022) and directed me to call the vendor who had provided the extended warranty.
Following this discussion, I called the Vendor (Kohinoor) who directed me to call Zopper.
Upon calling Zopper call center, their representative informed me that in their records the Brand Warranty was for only 2 years and as per his record the extended warranty period coverage has expired on 11 February 2023. Kindly note that the Brand Warranty is clearly mentioned as 3 years on the Machine itself and Samsung have also confirmed that their warranty was upto 10 February 2022. Therefore, my extended warranty should expire not before than 11 February 2024.
I sent an email to Zopper in whcih I had attached the:
1) Purchase Invoice of Machine
2) Invoice of extended Warranty
3) Pic showing 3 year Brand Warranty
However, Zopper responded back stating that these documents were not valid as Brand Warranty proof.
Following this there was series of emails in which I provided Zopper all the Warranty proof that were available on Samsung website but Zopper kept on unnecessarilty insisting that I provide them a dealer signed document showing 3 year Brand Warranty. Please note that dealership has not provided any document that shows any number of years as Brand Warranty and had clearly told me that the Brand Warranty has been clearly mentioned on the machine itself.
It seems that there was a typographical error from dealer / zopper end...however, instead of acknowledging their mistake and remedying in professional manner, Zopper kept asking me further proof knowing fully well that no further proof can be provided.
Finally, after getting mentally harrassed for 8 days, I contacted Samsing and got my machine repaired at my own cost for which I have incurred a cost of INR 930.65.
Desired resolution woudl be for Zopper to compensate for my expenses incured at the least and commit to improve their systems.

AC not repaired from the past 2 months
My complaint has not yet been resolved. I have taken extended warranty but of no use. We have been coordinating with Nikhil from Zopper and he has been helpful but my issue is still not resolved. My extended warranty is getting wasted when my product is not working

Window AC/ Poor Services & False commitments.

I am struggling for a long time almost one month but Zopper is unable to resolve the no cooling issue of my window AC. Every day they give the false commitments, even they smartly closed the old complaints without taking any feedback while I am daily calling to them. I have paid 100% advance for four year AMC for which I am highly regretted. Their services are very poor & pathetic. I am mentally harassed by Zopper. I am not able to concentrate on my work because daily i have to follow with Zopper team. My family is also suffering due to hot weather but Zopper is not bother to resolve the issue.

I had logged the first complaint on 9th March’2023 for AC the was not working properly and then your service team came and they told we only Rinse the AC. Afterward I told him I had log the complaint for AC not Working Properly. Then same day evening one more technician came and started the work. He checks the AC and told to me PCB is not working, so I take the PCB with me for repairing. But same time I had informed my electrician for joint event, on that time my electrician had checked and they told me the power wasn’t being supplied form the cable from switch board to AC unit, but same time your technician was hurrying because he told he got a call from his superior. And he didn’t even know how to open the AC, and I have a video of the same. Then left the technician form my home. After the incident i didn’t get a call from Zopper.
After that I logged new a complaint date of 15th March. But the same thing happened. After 3 days evening 8:00 pm call received from technical for the repairing, but the technician didn’t arrive and when called told that the work is only rinse the AC.
And after that I was out of town for Work. Then I had rescheduled the appointment on the date of 31st March’23. And before 4-5 ago I got a call form Zopper Service team. And that day I give the conformation that I will reach on 31st March – 2023. but yesterday they called and my wife couldn’t pick the call because she was in a business meeting. But the person without calling the Alternate number he closed the complaint. When called today at the service center of Zopper, I was very disappointed with what they told me. They told us we will get a call from the fellow workers in 1 hour but still no call received from the other end.
I don't understand why are these types of company sell extended warranty if they are not able to support. Please help me out. Many times contacted in customer care but nobody interested to resolve the issue. I am very frustrated.

Zopper refusing to repair product second time though covered in isurance

I purchased a samsung microwave in 2019 and the salesperson there forced me to buy Zopper extended warranty. In the second year since purchase the product beoke down and though it was a massive effort and took more than 3 weeks the unit was finally repaired. Now, last month, the same unit has broken down again and Zopper claims that I have to pay for the parts and when I refused they have just closed my complaint. I have asked them to show me where in the contract is there any cap on the value of repairs and they have failed to show me the same.

I took screen protect policy 1 month back . I have paid 2 monthly payment and lodged claim to repair my broken screen. They assured my complaint passed on to technician and scheduled visit after 3 days. But no technician or anybody else contact me. It's almost 10days. They are frauds . We can't reach their customer service either, access is to just automated wats app where they say claim is handed to technician. But no response. Pls help. They should be blacklisted

Extended Warranty Date Mentioned Wrong

From TATA Cliq I had purchased a Zopper 2 yrs extended warranty along with a TCL TV in 2020 Aug.
TVs panel is now damaged and I was surprised to hear from TCL service center that there is no extended warranty for my product. TCL warranty is for 1 year. The Zopper warranty should have been activated from 2021 until 2023 Aug. But when I checked on Zopper app, I was shocked to find that the warranty is activated for[protected]. Now I am unable to claim the warranty.
I have been sending emails and speaking to Zopper customer care for last 5 days to change the warranty activation dates as per the original dates it was intended for. So far, their response is automated - we will get back to you. And they never get back. Now the customer care executive is saying it will take more than 7 days to just verify my complaint, Such a pathetic experience I am having with Zopper.

As i am claiming for warranty. The customer support executive says the pannel repair does not fall under extended warranty. Whereas in provided mail for extended warranty its clearly written as it covers all the parts.

I am complaint at 17 sep 2021 after that your person come at 21 sep and check my tv he says adaptor problem and he collect that adaptor. Now 15 days completed but I have not receive that adaptor I am calling so many times in zopper customers care no but there is only one reply work is not complete. Amount debited but no update on delivery of product

I had booked a water purifier through www.zopper.com on November 20, 2016 and the amount was debited immediately. I also got a confirmation email that the order (order #[protected] has been placed and amount has been debited from my credit card account. I have raised multiple complaints to their customer care for providing update regarding the product delivery. The complaint ids are as follows: 281396, 281349, 281338, 281279 and 281166. There has been no response from the company in this regard. Request some resolution this regard as I am unable to reach their customer care through any mean (telephone or email). I have also contacted vendor in this regard and vendor has not received confirmation regarding booking from www.zopper.com

I have ordered eureka forbes aquaguard enhance ro+uv +tds water purifier with order no: 90855177 on zopper.com for rs: 13500/-. Today they called me and asked me to cancel the request and re-order the same product for rs: 17150/- i said no as the order was accepted by them. They have not listened to my words and they have cancelled the order from their end.
They are sating that they don't have stock for rs: 13500 and they have stock for rs: 17150. It is really not acceptable as they have taken the order.
It looks like they are cheating customers by showing wrong prices in their website.
I am attaching the order copy here for your reference and request you to help me here and take necessary action on them.

I ordered 1 Stabilizer from Zopper.com. The retailer of the product is M/s Rajesh Enterprise, A -10, Street No. 22, Mohinder Park, Opp. Azadpur Mandi, Delhi - 110033.
First time I received the stabilizer which was broken from the back. I returned the product but today I received the replacement of the product which is good in the condition but It is not working.
How the consumer can use the facility of the eCommerce, It means that consumer don't go for the online shopping. Retailer can't take the pain to check the product before delivery.
For this Zopper take necessary action as Principal Employer against the M/s Rajesh Enterprise.
