My LG TV has a third party accidental warranty with zopper.com which i purchased from croma. LG has already shared the job sheet and estimate to zooper more than 2 weeks ago but it has still not been approved. Every time i call them they say its pending with insurer and it will get approved today for sure and this has been happening from last 2 weeks. I am so frustrated on chasing up on this every day. The validity is till dec 2024 on the app and the claim amount is upto 53k. But this thing is not moving forward with this fraud company zopper.com.
