Zosta — damaged product

I chandra, ordered an 20, 000mah mi power bank on 23/11/2018 at an price of 699 rupees with reference id - zo[protected] to my delivery address attached into this complaint..

As i received that product into my address on 27/11/2018 but after receiving this product when i unpacked, i found as i attached in damaged condition...

After i tried a lots to mentioned contact number... Number is ringing but no one is responding my call...

Kindly solve my issue... And ban these fraud website and refund my money as soon as possible.
