I have ordered a product on[protected]. But after the payment process is done, they did not send me any details regarding the delivery of the product

I tried to contact them but number are not working, mail is also bouncing back.

I had paid inr 1500 for the product... Please help me, i need my money back...

I have ordered a watch worth of 1739 rupees, but i got a watch different one that too it worths may be 200 rupees or so. The customer care support is not available and product delivered store contact is not working... Then whom i have to ask?????? It has added different features to watch but received product in below the normal watch. I was cheated like any thing. I dont know what to do now... Whom i have to ask and who will do justice to...

Today on 4 feburary 2019 i received a parcel with a very unbranded and cheap smart watch.

I bought a smartwatch from zosta.net, an e-commerce website. The product received was completely different from the one ordered, half the value of product ordered and company is not responding to any of the emails and customer care no. [protected] is always busy. This seems to be perfect setting for doing fraud on customers and selling low value products. Customer have no way of contacting other than that....

I purchased smart watch worth 2900 Rs from zosta.net website on January 6, 2019 11:04:00 PM IST Order #[protected].Till now no response and there mobile number is not reachable and email I'd [protected]@zosta.net and mobile [protected] is wrong it bounce backs. I have ordered lemfo lem7 4g-lte gps watch phone with 2g+16g on 09/09/2018, the product i have received not as displayed on their website, which is fake. Please shutdown their website, do not allow them to take any orders....

First of all why the phone number given by zosta for support is switched off every time I tried.

Why is the product reached to us is different from the product we ordered.

I ordered SKM B16 smartwatch(HTTPs://zosta.net/skmei-b16-waterproof-4g-supported-smartwatch.html) but you send this ### Chinese watch .lot of difference.

This site is doing huge promotion in facebook. Even i came to about this from there. I liked the product, so i ordered 1 waterproof camera and it cost me 1300 or 1400 inr. Product was not as per the description and was of bad quality. Their helpline number is switched off and they are not replying to my mail. So this complaint is not only about my 1300 or 1400 inr but this is mainly about fraud. People think that it's very easy to earn money...

I will buy a zosta y1s smart watch but i get another low quality watch and that one is not working. My 1598rupees will gone and i called and message also send in that site but not working that one also fake number and fake gmail id. Sir please i want immediate action please help me i have no money in my hand. That site is fake please take action for that zosta site...
