Zosta — fraud about providing wrong product

On 14th november I ordered smart watch named Lemfo lem X. And I received some cheap quality product with the bill of item lemfo lem X. I had paid using paytm.

When I am trying to call them phone is ringing but no one is receiving to communicate about return and refund.

Before delivering product to me they confirmed our address and I asked them why you are selling this product in low cost. Because nowadays that product cost is more than 12000. So they told me that they have sale going on that's why they are selling product in low cost.

I had choosen watch from below link.
