I ordered Mi 20000 mAh power bank from zosta using Paytm.i received power bank with fully damaged and a different one.i was very shocked and it's customer number is also a fake one they don't take calls.i felt very disappointed about online shopping.

I order phantom 4 g watch ..it is not working .now I want to return the product .but give is not working same with email id..Zosta is fraud .I don't if they have return office in Pune is exist or not
