I purchased ZTE hand set mobile, Model No- M13, Battery No :[protected], S/W No :[protected]F69, MEID No :- a000004e4c6685 form Shana Enterprise, Katjuridaga, Kenduadihi, P.S & District Bankura, Pin - 722102, Mobile No - [protected]. Bill No - 476, Dated :- 24/07/2015. My main problem is Charging Problem of battery and Hand set always remain heat during calling. I complained several times to our Shana Enterprise about defectiveness of Handset since November to till now. But the Sana Enterprise did not rectify my Handset problem. So I request you to expedite my matter and obliged me.
